If any of you use the Holy Grail of tyre/wheel combo - but have suffered a puncture, then this guy can sort it for you

I used him many years ago and when the tub came back you couldn't tell where he'd stitched it back!

How do you think they get the tubes inside??

(And that's why they are often called sew-ups). Did you not know this!?

Peter does an excellent job and has been providing this service for many years. Most experienced cyclists won't, however, use a repaired tub in a road race or time trial preferring to leave them for training purposes only.

    I did, yes.
But not having looked at a tub for quite a few years, except for the ones on my wheels  I had thought that, like most things, technology had moved on!
I'm glad they're still so simple

I used mine for racing afterwards with no problems. Probably because the repair looked so good.
