suspension seat posts

Hello I'm looking for a suspension seat post can you recommend a one for under £50

I bought a Post Moderne Bracer a couple of seasons ago, they're £50 (plus a shim if you need one).

They work well enough at taking some buzz out of the trail but they don't really offer any "suspension" they're merely a bum-saver :?

They're also heavy, change your seat-height, and are not a secure as a (decent) seatpost. If I were you, I'd think long and hard about what else you could upgrade for £50!
