Kendal Bike Park

Helloooo,
We were up at Kendal Castle today and saw a bike park down in the town with low north shore type structures built into a loop, it was busy with kids.
We didn't get down to see it so I am wondering does anyone know more about the bike park as in who built it, who sponsored it and is it well used?
I want to know a bit more as I'd like to see if B;ackburn Council would be interested in building something similar in Witton Park as there's the space for one and I could see it being well used by kids ( and me :oops: )
I've never seen something like the park at Kendal, with a seesaw and small jumps.
Any info on it would be great so I could work out a plan to send to the council round here.
