    Showoff
None of the above should be taken seriously, and certainly not personally.

tried to strike the officer on the head

What great bragging rights he would have if he had made a good hit! What amazes me is that he could stand up, get his "weapon" out and take a swing before the police officer thought about taking a step away from the sofa.

I am of course assuming he was stood on the sofa and not the floor as normal.....otherwise this just goes into a whole other league!

  • If not flacid then surely the female officer should be charged with "receipt of swollen goods"

I am not a n expert on law, maybe spen could give an opinion on this?

I'm not sure how he's been convicted of 'assault' as the female officer wasn't actually hit by his weapon. It appears he only brandished his weapon (it may not have even been loaded).

Now, if the officer had a black eye as a result of the affray, that would be bragging rights!

I think the phrase " You're coming with me", got lost in translation.

I'd actually read it that he gave the cops a right mouthful.

This puts a whole new twist on the phrase 'being pulled by the rozzers'
