    well red for me 'cause it is more versatile.

    but depending on food will go for brown.

    their was article in newspaper little while ago saying brown sauce sales are declining because the tradiotonal british cafe is on decline, as more people have contintetal breakfsts. suppose coul always go to maccyDs for sausage and egg mcmuffin - nice.
