New wheels

Sorry - I know this has been done a thousand times before...
Just about to change the frame and wheelset - going from a 5 year old six13 to (probably) a Cervelo RS but can't decide on the wheels.
I've got the original Campag Zondas at the mo and have about a grand to replace them - all the usual requirements, light, quick etc, but I quite fancy getting some with deepish rims - partly for the perceived aerodynamic advantage, but mainly for the asthetics (shallow I know, but why not!)
Current favourites are Mavic Cosmic Carbon SLs, although the SRAM S60s look good and there are Eastons and HEDs which are also an option...
Given I'm probably not going to be able to try these before I buy - any advice / recommendations??
Cheers
