Has anyone got this bike? Any reviews? I know where ones going cheap (£120, half a year old), but don't know if its worth it?
Cheers,

I've got the SCR 1.0, which I believe shares the same frame and forks.

I ride it daily and love it.

£120 doesn't sound much if its what your after and of course it fits.

If you want to try road riding then its a cheap way to give it a go on a reasonable first bike, could always sell it on for the same money if you decide to.

    This might help:

Great bike although once you get the bug that will be £1200 as there is always something to buy that you dont have!

Original tyres 700x26 kendas i think, never got a good review anywhere however not a big cost to change. A set of proper pedals if it hasnt got any and your away!

£120 is pretty reasonable, but while it does indeed share the same frame as the rest of the SCR range, the fork is CroMo, as opposed to carbon fibre.

It also uses the Shimano 2200 groupset, which isn't great, but does the job.

For £120, I doubt you'd do much better. And when/if you do get a more expensive bike, the SCR4 would be ideal for winter usage.

    Cheers
