hills in the south east?

I live just south of Cambridge and try to incorporate at least one steep hill into my ride, the steeper the better. I only know of two signposted 10%ers (Croydon hill and Haslingfield hill). I appreciate its a long shot as the area isn't exactly known for its hills, but does anyone know of any other 10% (or steeper - as if!) hills south of Cambridge in the Saffron Walden/Royston/Baldock/Letchworth/St. Neots/Hertford way?
