HELP with V-Brakes???

What are the 'bolts' called that screw in to suspension forks that the V-brakes pivot on? I need some new ones from my RS Tora 318 Solo Air as my current one are too big. Does anyone know what size they are aswell? Thanks,

    Thats the. Thanks. Where can i get them in UK? My local bike shop want £15 for a set. Also anyone know the size for RS Tora 318 Solo Air.

    Right i measured it. I need 8mm thread and 8mm post. Where can i get them?
