Marin Toscana frame sizing

Folks,
I am planning to buy a Marin Toscana. I am 175cm and 75kg with a 32inch inseam. If anyone has any experience with this bike, would you recommend the 54 or the 56cm frame ?

    i've got one (2009 model), 58cm frame, i'm 188cm, 91cm inseam, the frame is a smidge small for me

    the 56cm might be best fit for you, but trying it first is best!
    my bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny
