Has anyone used the road BB with ceramic bearings and are they any good?
is this one http://www.wiggle.co.uk/p/cycle/7/Token ... 360039115/ compatible with truativ cranks?

    not truvativ compatible.

    I have one on my Trek road bike its truly amazingly smooth, quiet and super light win win

    Shame its not compatible with my Truativ crank, although might be a good excuse to get that Shimano Ultegra crank ive been looking at just need to sneak it past the wife :lol:
