Hi Guys,
I think we are all agreed that...
Crud Roadracers are very ingenious and fill a gap in the market The front and rear tail sections could do with being a little longer The absense of a bit infront of the rear wheel means that the frame and front mech get a bit of a splashing
Has anyone come up with any wonderful home-made solutions to the above? If so, got any pics?
Cheers,
Col.

I've been thinking about this myself but haven't done anything about it yet.

I reckon you could make front and rear extension flaps out of strips of old inner tube, or maybe Coca Cola bottles.

I think that extending the front of the rear guard would be trickier but where there's a will, there's a way!.

I've extended the rear one down to the BB by bolting a broken front guard onto the rear and attaching it to the chainstay bridge, just cut the mountings off the sides and drilled two holes in the guard. Not attractive but effective.

I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
