Accomodation question Brighton/Shoreham

HI, I'm new so apologies if it's the wrong forum.
A friend and I are planning to ride the South Downs Trail from Guildford to Shoreham, spend a night in Brighton getting wazzed and then cycle back.
Can anybody recommend a hotel/B&B in the area that's bike friendly, ideally with some secure and dryish storage?
Thanks in advance.

the yha is on top of the hill, so a big climb at the end of the day, but downhill the next morning! they're really nice in there, can't recommend enough, they kept food ready for us til late at night when we turned up late doing the sdwRock Lobster 853, Trek 1200 and a very old, tired and loved Apollo Javelin.0

paskins b&b
near the sea front. we stayed there a while back, not on bikes, but it's a wicked not too expensive b&b, best brekkie i've had in a b&b, ever. give them a ring to see about storage.0
