Not sure why they are picking on Uraguay, many countries have these types of Laws, cigarette packets in Singapore would scare you to death.

This company sues everyone they can, they are proper corporate bully boys. I think they sued some local cigarette manufacturers here in Indonesia over some nonsense also.

Is Uraguay a 3rd world country? Selling yourselves a bit short there I think.

Errr. it's Uruguay. I have to arrive to the sad conclussion that the free market economy has turned my birhtplace into a thirld world country. So I moved to the first world...! ;-)

Probably not but like a lot of corporate bullies they hope it will discourage others from trying to curtail their evil encroachment. Tesco are an example closer to home.
