Spreading Some Love

There appears to have been quite a few posts on here complaining about poor experiences from retailers and manufacturers, so to balance out all these negative vibes man, I thought I'd start a thread to spread some love about the good guys out there.

So post up a story about a company that have done something ace recently. Only one rule, no bigging up your sponsors/own companies, that's not what its all about.

I'll start off with Shutt VR. On Friday I took advantage of their special Bikeradar discount on their Sportive LE jersey, only I managed to balls up my own address details (buffoon). Anyway a quick email to the guys at Shutt to correct this and the jersey arrived the next day - in time for its first outing on my Saturday morning ride. Quality of the item is superb and the fit is perfect fo me. I love it. The suprise gift tucked in the back pocket was a nice touch - I won't say what it was so as to not spoil it for anyone else.

Anyone else want to spread some love...

I'll second the experience with Shutt - the first few pieces I have had are excellent in quality and value, and the service has been first class. I'm looking forward to tomorrows spring launch to get some new stuff.

I'll also big up Twenty3c near Milton Keynes, after spending the morning there for a bike fit. Alan and Ceri were excellent, and not only did I get a superb fit that was instantly an improvement, but I learned a lot of general cycling knowledge and tips from them. Superb value and a very friendly and approachable place, unlike some LBS IME.

I was very impressed with Fudges Cycle Store recently. Bought a SRAM Rival groupset online on Monday afternoon, and it had arrived by the time I got home on Wednesday. Best price I could find too, very happy customer.

Planet X was amazing!! I placed an order for a frame, and it came the next day, I then made a really stupid mistake, and emailed Planet X at about 9 PM, they emailed me straight back (at 9PM!!) and told me where I was going wrong!! I will definitely be shopping with Planet X again!!
