Need good LBS

I'm looking for a new LBS, just moved to London, Ilford and i'm looking for somewhere I can buy my bits and take my bike into if needed. A shop near Hertford would be good also as that is where I work, so just as local for me.
Main reason needed the axle on my 55 forks has broke and is now stuck in the forks, along with the wheel, I can't ride until this thing comes out and I have no idea how to do this.

Theres a shop in Ware by the train station, cant remember its name though
There is one in Hertford as well, again i cant remember its name, all i do know is its near a solicitors and an indian restuarant somewhere in the centre.0 -

Trax, 15mins down the road from hertford in Buntingford is my LBS, they are really good and can get pretty much anything you could ever need/want, and they do repairs0
