Carbon Fiber........... Fixable Frame??

Myself and a few friends were cycling our usual trail yesterday (sunday) but unfortunatley myself and one of my friends had a bit of a tangle and damaged his frame.
As we were cycling our normal trail one of my friends went to pass me on a very narrow passage of track which turned out to be too narrow for two bikes and we got into a tangle and fell awkwardly. With me falling over toward him and with his bike already on the ground i put my foot down to avoid falling on him, unfortunatley i put my foot down on his water botle. Assessing the damage afterwards it was clear it was pretty serious. The bolts that hold the water botle holder had been pulled out out of the frame leaving, what can only be described as lumps on the frame where the bolts were pulled from. There are small chips coming of the frame where the damage was done and the paint is very faded as if the frame was put under a lot of stress before the bolts were pulled.
Can anyone tell me do they think the frame is very badly damaged and would there be cracks in the frame not visable to the naked eye?
Is it possible to fix a carbon fiber frame and if so whats the best way to go about it?
Any info would be greatly appreciated as i dont know much about Carbon fiber frames.
Thank you
Frank

I'm no expert, but if its bulged and chipping then i would imagine theres cracks, in which case it's probably fooked :?0
