I thnk that this was previewed in the Road Beginners forum, but as someone who doesn't post there and as someone who knows lots of commuters are seeking VfM clothing....
OK, I learnt last time that this can be regional. But on Monday 22 March Lidls (at least in SE London) will have the pre-summer stuff in.
Go to www.lidl.co.uk, special offers tab at the top and enter your postcode to see what is available.
The clothing tends not to be bad for the price. Some of the other items can be fine, too (lots of people seem to like the shoes).
Even better is the thought that Aldi (superior clothing in my experience) should only be a week or so after

savings? What are they? :? - is that like spare money? I wish!
Lidl doesn;t take credit cards and my overdraft got withdrawn when the banks crashed a couple of years ago.
as for borrowing money from friends or relatives - it's a dangerous road to go down - and I won't.0 -
Another thing to remember about this stuff is not to go into the store expecting to find it like I did today :oops:I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0
