got a 70 miler (not too technical or mega steep climby...just like 10 under the ben!) lined up on sunday with a big group...

On a similar note, I'm cycling around Wales in September for charity. Planning on doing 650 miles in 7 days.

we have done a few big days recently....last one was a 40 miler but the climb was a carrybike affair.......

I cycled 3 miles home from work uphill into a headwind last night and could barely function afterwards!

as i say..doing a 70miler this weekend as an indicator
in a trio...if you can average 10mph...thats 10 laps in 10 hours....
so only 3hours 20minutes each....
