Female-friendly club in Central Scotland

Can anyone recommend a cycling club in Central Scotland for a female, and a relative beginner, who wants to enjoy long weekend training runs at a sensible, comfortable pace without being left behind by a bunch of would-be pros? A lot of the local clubs look quite organised, but I fear they might be a little too fast for her. Thanks!

I'm biased, but Glasgow Nightingale would be ideal.
Every Sunday sees a relatively comfortably paced run starting from Strathblane, and there are more training runs and TTs through the rest of the week. Very friendly, and the coolest kit around 8)

There is also Law Wheelers CC. Don't know anything about membership though. Just know about them cause they're local and a few of their guys have passed me.0
