brake upgrade from tiagra to 105

just want to know if these two are interchangeable or are the pull ratios different.

    I think they are the same. Which bit are you upgrading; the shifter or the caliper?

    I only ask cos it might have implications for your gears if it's the shifters.

    just the calipers so assuming any shimano will be ok from 105 right up to dura ace
