OK, so I know I am tres short for an adult (MM any comments from you.............) which has made bike purchases an experience over the years which I haven't quite nailed, however this morning I was VERY happy to see another female titch on my route 
She was on a white Specialized road bike and she was sensibly covered from head to foot. I felt quite underdressed by comparison, but I was warm enough to defrost bread slowly, with minimal clothing, so I was comfy.
Of course it would Sod's Law that she's taller than me off the bike, but I don't care. I'm not alone any more!!!
