Recomendations for a hotel near Glentress

I've been given a job to do through work next Tuesday thats about 10 miles from Glentress and as I live in Yorkshire this would be an overnight stay, so I'm going to try and take the opportunity to ride one of the best trial centres in the UK .
So the thing is can anyone recomend me a hotel or BnB near Peebles, prefer it with it's own restaurant and bar if poss so I'm not trawling the streets looking for somewhere to eat and drink. Price wise no more than say £80 per night with breakfast.

this is right at the trail entrance and has a restaurant and bar.

£50 for the night, and literally a 2 minute pedal to the start of the trail.

5 minute drive from Innerleithen too!

Try this. 2 mins from town centre with bike storage and cracking brekky. All for £25.

i'll second what Mancunianfightingcat said. I stayed at the glentress hotel a few weekends ago. very nice food and service. bike storage and bike wash, and one of the girls who works there is smokin'!

Try www.craiguart.co.uk, this place is straight across the road from the trails with secure bike storage and a breakfast to die for.
