Cycle repairs in the Stirling area

Anyone know of a good bike shop in the Stirling area that is willing to fit bike parts that have not been bought in their shop. I've bought a combination of new and secondhand Campag parts on ebay to create a new drivetrain and I'm finding that some shops only fit parts that are purchased from their shop. I'm a bit unwilling/incompetent to fit the parts myself. Any ideas would be gratefully recieved.
