Top album. Need to be in the right mood for that one! Mellow and quite haunting at times.

A close friend died recently and 'Into Dust' was played at the funeral and I haven't listened to it since...

My girlfriend's watching a Britney Spears special on MTV, so I'm currently trying to ignore that.

Might have to get the headphones out and put on some Idlewild.

Deluxe Edition of Disintegration by the Cure arrived this morning. The mix is terrible! Gutted. The drums sound horrendous. In fact, it's the drums that wreck it, they sound like a shitty machine, turned up too loud with an echo effect put on them. Everything else is good. Grrr. Or am I expecting too much?

Well I do. I don't condone the piracy bit. I reckon that someone is entitled to payment for the work they put in.
Bowie of course is a done deal..not really taking a gamble on the quality of the music if you get my meaning
