length of crank arms/ knee replacement

Hi, I hope you can help me before I lose my sanity completely.
I was a very keen cyclist until my wife died 5 years ago. Since then I have done very little and just over a year ago I had a complete replacement of the right knee-joint. I now only have about 90 degrees of flexion and cannot ride either of my bikes because my knee cannot bend enough on the upward cycle. Raising the saddle has not helped and I thought that shortening the crank-arms might give me enough room to manouvre and get out and about and restore what little sanity I may have left.
I prefer my Specialized Sirrus Sport bike, which I believe has arms of approx. 180mm. It has a triple chainset and Tiagra gearing. Can you please help!
Where can I get hold of the correct cranks, (as short as possible?) and how?
Thanks for listening.
Rob

TA do cranks down to 155mm. I would get measured by a reputable company like Longstaffs who have years of experience custom fitting bikesNeil
