I can't seem to get a reply from them of late. I've sent three emails and not one reply. I was considering ordering a frame too.

Anyone else have the same experience of late?

    their IT system went down the toilet last week, and some of this.

    There was a message on the website with an alternative address, but this has gone, so I'd assume they're back up and running. Try resending or phoning.
