rotor size for Pace RC31 rigid fork

Could anyone give me some advice please on rotor sizes for my XC Marin Eldridge Grade (2007), I am about to fit my Pace RC31 rigid carbon forks to it as I'm fed up with the Fox forks that came with it and want a purer ride. I am going to upgrade the Avid juicy 5s currently with 160mm front and rear with Avid Elixir 5. I was thinking 185 front and rear. I am only 12 stone and don't do anything too aggressive on it. Appreciate your views. Cheers.

    from the manual
    Disc-Brakes. Use mounting points on dropout carefully following brake manufacturers
    instructions. Maximum recommended disc diameter is 165mm, however a 185mm dia disc is
    compatible.
