Kefalonia bike hire?

Hi, I'm going to Kefalonia in June, near Skala and would ideally like to hire a bike whilst there (road or mountain).Does anyone have info as to where I could hire from, costs, helmet hire? I know there is a threadon Kefalonia but it refers to the North of the Island and I wont have a car whilst I am there.

it'll be interesting to see how you get on, I'm going to skala with the missus in august. I might 'pop out for a loaf of bread' one morning if I get the chance.
