ultegra shifters

at the moment ive got ultegra 9 speed is it possible if i change the rear block to a 10 speed and change the shifters to the ones with the cable concealed will it work or would i have to change the complete groupset

    Should be fine. The new shifters are indexed for 10 speed and the existing rear mech should cope with the 10 speed cassette without any problems.
