Disc brake issues...

I'm currently running Juicy 3s on my Caldera (160mm rear, 180mm Aztec rotor) on front, with RS Revelation U-Turns on the front. Just recently, I've been getting a juddering from the front end whilst braking, coupled with pulsing feedback from the lever. The headset doesn't appear to be loose, and the forkswere serviced by TF Tuned just before Xmas, and there doesn't appear to be any play in the bushings. It's only started on the last couple of rides. Any ideas folks? Could it be contaminated/warped rotor (although it appears to still be in true)?
