A few of us did this last May and it was one of last year's best rides.
We intend to repeat this year, either late April or early may on a Saturday , note.

It includes as far as us amateurs are concerned 2 rather luverley 'Cat 1' climbs, especially out of Llangynog.
You park up at the Rhug farm shop which serves as the feeding station at the end devouring an organic burger/bacon sarnie or 2 or 3...
The route is tackled without any planned stops - mechanicals notwithstanding - it is a 50 miler and a start time of about 9 30 to allow the sun to get up properly and start to warm the day up.
