Spinning shoes

I'm looking for some spinning shoes?

I've got some decent Shimano road shoes but my running shoes aren't good enough for spin class can someone recommend some decent spin shoes?

I use specialised, sonoma;s.....you can walk in them ok without marking the floor with cleats and do other gym work apart from running.

They are stiff enough to spin, yet you need a little give to take the vibration out as there is no give in those bikes.

There is an amusing arms race, where some turn up in £200 Sidi road shoes with mtb cleats, a little pointless on a badly maintained static bike!

I got the sonoma for £50 at local bike store,, only slight downside is that they do feel slightly heavy after a road shoe.

Lake I/O3? I think they have them on Wiggle, and some decent deals elsewhere. very trainer like, sole stiff enough for a shortish (up to 10 mile) commute but wouldn't want to ride in them much further than that.
