Just wondering whether anybody could tell me what staying in Chåtel is like?
I'm organising a trip for 5 people (Students) to the Portes du Soleil this summer (late July/early August) and one of the cheapest places I have managed to find is a hostel in Chåtel...
I have heard there are free busses/shuttles to the Chåtel bike park, has anybody got experience using these? Big queues? Long Drive? Don't turn up?
And how difficult is it to get back to Chåtel on a DH bike in the evening?
Any other information about riding DH from Chåtel would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
