I have a Marin Muirwoods with Avid Mechanical disc brakes and security skewers. The front wheel doesn't spin freely which I can sort if I tighten the security skewers. But the problem re-occurs after a few rides. Any suggestions?

If the disc is catching then make sure the rotor is not warped, then simply realign the caliper (when the skewers are done up as normal).
