Has anyone ordered from Pro Bike UK ?

Just wondering if any forum users have ordered anything from the above, I have dealt with most of the main online dealers over the years without any real problems but I have not seen these guy's before until I started looking for the best deal on a Catlike Whisper Plus helmet, they list a Cervelo Test Team version for a little over the usual RRP but I guess that's the premium to get a Cervelo badged up version.

Although their URL ends in .co.uk I suspect they might be based overseas, there are no address details except for a 0333 low-call number, again... not east to pin point !!

A bigger question...why would you want one of those helmets? If you want a cheap, bulky, heavy helmet, you don't need to pay £100+ for one.

I've used them loads... not for anything overly expensive, everythings normally delivered next day.

I had a faulty product once that I'd used for a few months which they sent back to manufacturer and replaced for me... albeit it failed again this winter and as there was no proof of the first return theyve not offered to exchange this one (I have no proof either so fairs fair).

So all in all think they are pretty good.

I've bought a few bits n pieces off them recently and found the whole process faultless with quick delivery.

I've used them for a few samller items and delivery has been speedy, so no complaints from me (not had to return anything yet though).

I've bought half a dozen or so items off them in past few months and they have been faultless. One item was returned and again no issues, they had it back and refunded the money. Very impressed.

I've also seen this new white Cervelo helmet with the Cervelo logo on at http://www.pro-bike.co.uk/12907-catlike ... ts-45.html I've reserved one but they dont have stock until a couple of weeks time
