Firmer Springs - Rockshox Tora U Turn

Hi
Can anyone tell me the best way to get firmer springs forthese forks: Rock Shox Tora SLite, 80/100mm travel, 1 piece magnesium lower, 32mm Cr-Mo stanchions, alloy steerer, rebound and preload adjust with LO?
What do i need, where do i get it and can i get what i want and keep the forks in warranty? I'm sure my LBS mentioned a company that can do this but i can remember the name. I'm also open to other options!
