Upgrading single pivot to dual pivot on rear brake

I need to change a rear single pivot brake for a dual pivot on a ladies bike. The original is pulled from bellow, is there a decent brake (eg shimano 105 or ultegra) with this configuration? The reach needs to be 57mm for mudguard clearance.

    I think you might struggle TBH. Older single pivot brakes had the cable stop and pinch bolt bolted to the brake arms, nowadays they are integral with no way of swapping them around from top to bottom as in the case with the calliper on the bike at the mo.
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
