Bottom Bracket Help Please

Hi all,

OK so this isnt such an MTB query its for a BMX that i am doing a full refurb on BUT i do ride MTB most of the time hence why am asking all you friendly people for advice.

Basically its hopefully a straightforward Q&A.

I cant figure out how to get the bottom bracket off my frame. Can it even be done?
