Measure it with an accurate tape measure/ruler, the diameter, straight across the middle. As I pressume you don't have a vernier gauge ;)

    Should be:

    31.8mm / 34.9mm

I take it you're talking about the seatube size NOT what size seatpost you need?
  • well a seat post size would be the ultimate answer but either measurement will be a great help thanks

Well, the same principal applies, measure the internal diameter. ;)
  • yeah i do just i cant really get it accurate enough, vernier gauge would be very handy at this point haha

    whats the measurement you/re getting?

    Internal or external diameter?

Probably likely to be 31.6mm then, with a 34.9mm seatube size.
  • that was internal diameter, i tried a 31.4mm post in there and it was only slightly to small so ill give 31.6mm a try

I have a 31.6mm FSA Gravity post for sale funnily enough if you're interested for £14 posted. The clamp is perfect condition but the front it scratched to hell from a burr in the seatpost of my Quake.

Functionally sound though. If you run the saddle low you won't see it.
  • i might take you up on the offer when i have an extra £4 :P
