Ive just got back from a 26.5 miler (my usual route) and ive knocked over 5mins off my best time! and 8mins off my time last sat! i managed to hit a max of 40mph. To say im happy and its money well spent is an understatement!

I commuted to work yesterday and knocked 1 min off each way (8.6miles).

So yes a good bike really does help!

Its a really strange ride as its dead smooth riding but the rigidy is there when its needed. This isnt something ive experienced before. so is a whole new thing to me.

Yes i am a very happy chappy! not bad for a bike that cost me £1600 all up! ! ! (well thats what it cost if the mrs asks! ) 8)
