i have avid juicy 7's on my commuting machine. the front one won't release too well. It's sticking on a bit. could it be crudded up inside the pushing parts or will it just need a bleed to get back to good performance. 1yr riding, 5000miles without maintenance (cleaning yes, other maintenance no)

Cheers.

the piston outsides will need a clean. The dirt will be stopping them returning.

    brake fluid and cotton buds.

just make sure you dont push the pistons out too far if you plan using the bike the next day.
