    Been there, done that...for WCU.
    You always end up doing many more hours than you're paid for, as you Love the job.
    Then, some Pricks on the "board" who never Developed anything, tell you you're not being effective. WHAT! Tossers, all of em. They couldn't develop a Polaroid, LOL!
