I wonder if it's anything to do with the size of the BMW marketing budget?
I think we should start a Bike Radar sabotage scheme - Get some decal stickers to put over the BMW badge.
Or produce some t-shirts saying "I went to the olympics and all I got was this lousy bike"
Or "I asked for a BMC!"What wheels...? Wheelsmith.co.uk!0 -
FFS, British Olympics, surely they could have got British bikes. Typical.0

Neither do a lot of bike companies!
They'll probably just buy them from Giant and rebrand them or one of the other big manufacturers.0 -

BMW: Stands for "Big Mouthed Winkers" doesn't it?0

Is it possible BMW will subcontract the bikes bit of their contract? Sounds to me like they won the overall vehicle supply deal?0

BMW have sold bikes with their name on it for years. Never seen one on the street, but have seen them in the showrooms.
I seem to remember they mostly did silver full suspensions things at a very high price.0 -
It will go well with the food and drink supplied by McDonalds and Coca Cola. Quality all the way.......Faster than a tent.......0

Fook me! Lottery wins are wasted on the wrong fookin people. Makes me so mad when people win, and then say it aint gonna change them, change their life, still go to work etc.
If that's the case, why bother entering? Don't bother doing it, then it might give me more of a chance to win.Expertly coached by http://www.vitessecyclecoaching.co.uk/

There's a guy at our place has a BMW MTB.
US bikes are built by http://www.montaguebikes.com
For the European market, although the frames are no doubt bought in from the far east (as are most others these days) I have a feeling, but I can't find a link to prove it, that BMW bikes are assembled at one of their motor cycle plants - probably Berlin.
They've manufactured bicyles since the 1930's.

This is what a BMW bike is meant to look like...
Anyway, I like it!Making a cup of coffee is like making love to a beautiful woman. It's got to be hot. You've got to take your time. You've got to stir... gently and firmly. You've got to grind your beans until they squeak.
And then you put in the milk.0
