Sorry to bring up another thread regarding Assos sizing. I'm interested in the Intermediate Evo long-sleeve jersey.

I know you're advised to try before you buy but I don't know of an LBS on Tyneside that stocks Assos.

I'm a medium in the majority of jersey kit e.g. Castelli Prologo, Castelli Cervelo Test Team, Campagnolo Heritage, Specialized winter and summer jerseys. Only thing I really needed a small in were base layers and a Decente Raleigh-Creda jersey.

I bought one of them a while ago in the large and it was too tight so I sent it back. I didn`t like it anyway but there`s a big jump from l to xl for some reason. I normally take a lg in jerseys if it helps.

My guess is thar you will find the over all sizing similar to Castelli. Assos design for a 'snug' fit, so a correct fit tends to be rather body hugging.
Whether this works for you depends on your physique, and whether that's the sort of fit you want.
I've been on a major weight loss programme through the Winter and have lost 22lbs since September. I've bought a couple of Assos jerseys with the idea that they will immediately show if the weight starts to go back on! They are too expensive to stop wearing so provide a strong incentive to stay away from the biscuit tin.
