Upgraded special edition Gran Fondo

Thought it about time I added my Gran Fondo to the list.
Originally I specced a Veloce build but one night I had a nightmare that some guy on a white Boardman carbon comp Ltd burned me off at the lights! Obviously the next day I called Ribble to upgrade the spec to Centaur carbon and I've slept soundly since.. (what a sad case!). The upgraded wheels, tyres, saddle & post didn't cost too much and dropped the weight by just under 1kg!
Ribble had to wait for some parts from Campag but with the recent awful weather & two (two!) recent bouts of man-flu it didn't bother me. I was told there would be a delay when I ordered and now I have the bike I'm not dissapointed. Very stiff and rsponsive with a much better ride quality than my previous alu frame. Very pleased

Cheers guys.
I've always tended to ride with white saddle, bar tape & whitewall tyres to be honest. As well as liking the looks I like to be as visible as possible to other roadusers. For me these reasons have always been worth a little extra time cleaning!
BTW Whitewall tyre paint (used by customizers for picking out the lettering on car tyres and available on ebay) is great for sprucing up white wall tyres (not tread though).Ribble Gran Fondo
