CRC refunds

Hi guys

Just had conformation that I have been refunded from CRC for an item I returned. It say that the amount will appear back in my account in 3 - 5 days time. I payed via paypal. Will the refund go there? If so, it should be there now as paypal payments are instant??

Anyone Had experience with this?

    If you paid from a ballance you had in your paypal account it will go back in there.

    If you used paypal to credit your debit/credit card then the refund will be back onto your card.

    There was no balance on my paypal account. The account is linked to my bank account number rather than my debit card number. I would imagine that paypal would still be used as a 'middle man' as CRC do not have my bank account details?

    I did this recently - I paid with paypal without funds, so paypal took it from my bank account. When I got my refund it went into my bank account via paypal.

    I think it takes a couple of days to show on PP. I've always got refunds this way with no problems.

    My recent Wiggle refund went back onto my Paypal balance with no transfer into my bank. I had to wait 7 days for the balance to show on my PP account as I paid with no funds and had to draw on bank account which I found confusing.
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

    7 days? Thats ok, just wondered how it worked.
