Hi there,

Some mates and I were thinking of heading to Malvern Hills at the end of March (instead of our usual trips to Snowdonia and Afan in Wales) and was just wondering if anyone out there has been there. If so, is it any good?? Or would we be better off going somewhere else??

Thanks peeps

There is some great riding in the Malverns but you really have to know where you're going otherwise you can indeed end up losing all the height you've gained very quickly or encountering lots of irritated walkers as you stray on to a footpath

There are some decent if not spectacular routes to be found here: http://www.backontrack-bikes.com/home.html
  • Too busy for cycling at weekends. Dogs/pushchairs/grannies etc

not so bad during the week.

Very windy up there as well.
  • EnduroJCB - Let me know if you want showing around the Malverns, local knowledge is key to a good day out on the Hills.
