I am after some shorts that, ideally, come below the knee (or on it)
Not lycra tight, nor overly baggy.
Not specifically cycling shorts, any would be considered as i can run shorts under them.
hit me with your rhythm stick suggestions.
Thanks
Parry

The Rapha Touring shorts might be ideal
They're described as 'Baggy's for roadies'

Endura 3/4 humvee. Worth a look. Loose but not baggy, with velcro cuffs below the knee / above the calf, several useful pockets, and zip vents on the sides.0

Have a look at the Swrve site. Cheaper than Rapha and great quality. They do baggier (Sprint fit) and tighter versions. I've got two pairs and they've done me proud - worn over Lycra for the commute, bimbling about town.

the Rapha shorts look just the ticket- shame they're extortionate. Wonder if there are any 2nd hand kicking around - skid mark free of course.0
