Using 22t, 36t upfront, what cassette would I get the best use from?
11,34 or 11,32?
Oh and if i'm using a bash, I don't need a BB mounted chain guide do I?

a bottom wheel would help.
do you use a 34 now?"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Ahh ok...
Still contemplating what to use with the P7... think I use 11,34 on the NS (but with a 36t single ring).0 -
It depends how fit you are. Do you really need a 34 on the back?
I use an 11-28Specialized Enduro SL Pro Carbon
Specialized Stumpy Evo Carbon
Canyon Aeroad Disc Di2
Specialized FSRxc - XC Race Bike0 -

I personally wouldn't go for anything other than 11-34. Plenty of steep climbs round here and I've got quite a lot of mass to move.
Bike came with an 11-32 and it only lasted a couple of weeks before I binned it (parts bin that is).0 -

He must have a front mech if using 22/36 ;-)0

Oh yeah
my post before that one ^^^ was in a different thread asking about a guide for a single chainring. It's been a long day.
I use a lower roller on each of my 2 bikes with double and bash. I sometimes get chain suck on the hardtail but the chains never comes off the chainrings on either bike.0
